Write From The Throat

When you write from the throat you are essentially accessing the throat chakra, which represents our purpose, our calling, our truth– our “voice”.  The way to access this voice is to write in clear, simple, exact sentences about yourself and where you are in the moment.  Each statement will begin with “I am”.  What you create is a kind of poem about yourself.
