Depression, worry, and anxiety. . . the three-headed monster hiding in the closet of our minds. The beast can jump out and scare us at any moment, causing tremendous physical and emotional tension inside.
What to do?
You can go to therapy, you can drink, you can talk to friends, AND . . . you can journal it out of the way.
Journal writing is a proven way to reduce all kinds of stress. It costs little to nothing. It won’t give you a hangover. And most of all, it doesn’t talk back.
Maybe you don’t know how. Maybe you've never tried. Maybe you used to do it. Doesn't matter if you have experience writing and/or journaling or not. In this workshop, you will learn the best practices of journaling for your well-being. We will literally journal out the kinks, psychologically and physically.
